Our Shipping Promise
We work hard to get your pet's gear to you as fast as possible. Here's everything you need to know.
1. Free Shipping
Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $49. Orders under $49 have a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.
3. U.S. Delivery Times

International delivery: 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs clearance.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
5. Order Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after label creation — this is normal.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows "delivered" but you can't find your package:
- Check around your property, mailbox, and with neighbors
- Wait 48 hours — carriers sometimes mark packages early
- Contact us at support@kavroo.com within 10 days of the delivery date
7. Incorrect Address
Double-check your address before placing your order. If you spot an error, contact us immediately. Once shipped, address changes must be handled with the carrier directly.
8. Shipping Carriers
We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, and regional carriers depending on your location and order size. The carrier is selected automatically for the fastest, most reliable delivery.
