Everything you need to know about how we ship β tracking, timelines, and what to do if something goes wrong.
Shipping Times
- 1Order processing: Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we prepare your items for dispatch within 1 to 3 business days.
- 2In transit: Delivery typically takes 7 to 14 business days from the ship date, depending on your location and local postal service.
- 3Delivered: You'll receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once your order leaves our warehouse.
Please note that during peak seasons β holidays, major sales events, and product launches β processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience and always aim to ship as quickly as possible.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Use it to follow your package's journey in real time through the carrier's website.
Tracking information may take 24 to 48 hours to become active after you receive the email. If your tracking link shows no updates after that window, feel free to reach out and we'll look into it for you.
Multiple Packages
If you order more than one item, your products may arrive in separate packages and on different days. This is completely normal β different items sometimes ship from different fulfillment centers to get to you faster.
You'll receive a separate tracking number for each parcel, so you always know where everything is.
Where Orders Ship From
Kavroo works with a network of trusted fulfillment partners located in different regions around the world. Your order is routed to the closest available warehouse to minimize delivery time.
Because of this, the origin of your package may vary β you may receive items shipped from different countries on the same order, each with their own tracking number.
Shipping Issues
Check with neighbors and any safe-drop locations nearby. Carriers occasionally scan packages as delivered a day early. If still missing after 48 hours, contact us and we'll open an investigation.
Delays can happen due to customs holds, carrier backlogs, or weather events. If your order hasn't moved in 5+ business days, reach out and we'll follow up with the carrier on your behalf.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at support@kavroo.com. We can only update addresses before an order is dispatched. Once shipped, changes are no longer possible.
We're sorry if your order arrived damaged. Please take a photo of the package and the item as received, then contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide to bring Kavroo to pet owners everywhere. International orders follow the same 7β14 business day estimate from the ship date, though some destinations may take a few days longer.
Customs & Import Duties
Orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied by your country's local authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not collected or controlled by Kavroo. We recommend checking your country's import regulations before placing your order.
Modifying or Cancelling Your Order
We begin processing orders quickly, so modifications or cancellations must be requested as soon as possible after purchase. Contact us at support@kavroo.com with your order number and desired change.
Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes. In that case, our standard return policy applies after delivery.
